Our plumber attended a Lurnea property in August 2026 where a bath was reported to leak underneath when the plug was pulled, with only half the water draining. We provided a quote for the work. The quote was accepted, and we completed the work.
In June 2026, our plumber attended a Green Valley property where drains in the yard were overflowing and internal drains were blocked. We found a blocked drain and recommended gaining access to the work area, setting up specialist hoses and a mini reel, and carrying out a high-powered jet blast. We then set up a CCTV camera to inspect the drainage service. The concrete was taken up, and we returned to dig and lay pipe. We installed new drainage, concreted the joints, backfilled, and laid blue metal flush with the tiles. We completed the work.

In May 2026, our plumber attended a Green Valley property where a leak in the bathroom was reported, causing a wet floor. We carried out demolition of the shower area, removed the shower breech, and installed a new 1/2 inch shower breech. We then re-sheeted the floor and walls of the shower area, applied a first coat of waterproofing, and then re-waterproofed. Tiling and grouting were completed, and we installed an additional fibro washer behind the hot spindle to allow the cover plate to sit flush. We completed a final flood test.

In September 2026, a Prestons resident reported water appearing on the carpet outside their bathroom when using the shower. Our plumber completed shower testing. The customer was advised they would need replacement taps and possibly waterproofing, and was asked to monitor findings as the leak was very slow. A quote was provided to replace the taps. The customer accepted the quote.
