Recent Work Near Wheeler Heights
Real jobs from our own records, completed in the surrounding suburbs.
The 2021 Census counts 1,041 private dwellings in Wheeler Heights, 91% of them separate houses, so most of our work here is on a home's own sewer line, water service and hot water system rather than a shared block. Sydney Water looks after about 27,000 kilometres of wastewater pipes and clears up to 20,000 blockages a year, but the line from your house to the street connection is yours to maintain, and that is the stretch where tree roots, old clay joints and ground movement do their damage. If you would rather not find out the hard way, our VIP members get a free annual home inspection that checks the drains, taps and hot water before anything fails.
In June 2026, a Collaroy Plateau resident reported a leaking tap and a leaking toilet. Our plumber attended to provide information.

Wheeler Heights Plumbing FAQ
Answer:
Often, yes. Relining repairs a damaged section from the inside, so the garden or driveway above stays put. We clear the line with a high-pressure jetter, then a camera inspection, free with any booked drain service, shows how much needs relining. 91.4% of Wheeler Heights homes are houses (ABS 2021 Census), where the private line is the owner's up to Sydney Water's point of connection (Sydney Water).
Answer:
Yes. Worn cartridges, washers and seals cause most shower leaks, and we repair them on the spot where we can. If water is getting behind the tiles, we trace where. You see a fixed price before we start.
Answer:
Yes, gas and electric, across all major brands including Rheem, Rinnai, Dux, Thermann and Bosch. There is no call-out fee during business hours*, and you pay nothing until you accept the fixed price.
