Kurnell Plumbing FAQ
Answer:
Yes. Our gas fitters install and service gas heaters, cooktops and gas hot water under NSW licence 306457C. 95.2% of Kurnell homes are separate houses (ABS 2021 Census). Any smell of gas: leave the area and put out naked flames, then report it to Jemena on mains gas, or your supplier on bottled gas.
Answer:
Sydney Water, if it is between its pipes and your meter, up to one metre inside the property boundary; after the meter it is the owner's to fix (Sydney Water). 33.6% of Kurnell homes are owned outright (ABS 2021 Census). On the owner's side, we find it and price the repair.
Answer:
Yes. We clear blocked sewer and stormwater drains with a high-pressure jetter, then a camera inspection, free with any booked drain service, shows what caused it, whether roots, a build-up or a broken section. The fixed price comes first.
