In March 2026, a Randwick resident reported a sewerage leak from a drain near the kitchen. Our plumber attended the site and found a blocked drain. We recommended gaining access to the work area, setting up specialist hoses and a mini reel, and carrying out a high-powered jet blast of the drainage service. We also recommended a CCTV inspection of the drainage service and locating services if required. The customer accepted a quote for this work.
Our plumber attended a leaking hot water system in Randwick in February 2026. We drained and disconnected the existing 50L hot water unit from behind the fridge space. We drilled through the wall and ran new 1/2 lines from the existing location above the fridge to inside the laundry. The washing machine was moved to the left, and a new 125L tank was installed where the washing machine had been. New lines were run to connect the system.
In June 2026, a Botany resident reported a blocked kitchen sink. Our plumber attended and advised of delays. After a quote was accepted, our plumber picked up acid. We then conducted a chemical treatment and a manual flush to the kitchen line. We tested the line in commission, and all was working in order.
