We then jackhammered the floor and cut and removed the defective sewer. The area was then re-waterproofed and tiled.

In May 2026, our plumber attended a kitchen blockage in Raby. We provided a quote for the work. The plumber returned to the site, cut a section of concrete pathway, and removed it. We cut the existing 100mm sewer service and installed a 100mm PVC gully. A 50mm core hole was drilled through the kitchen cabinetry to the external wall to discharge into the gully. We installed a 100x50mm square to pick up the kitchen line and a 100mm slope downstream. The trench was backfilled with bluemetal, and the exposed section was re-concreted, ensuring the gully top was 75mm above.
In August 2026, a Minto customer reported a recurring shower leak. Our plumber attended and found evidence of water rot. A quote was provided and accepted. The shower screen was removed without damage and left under shelter. We then organised for the shower screens to be attended to.
In March 2026, our plumber attended a blocked drain at a Minto warehouse. We jet blasted the drain line and found a number of sections of tree roots. The client was advised to contact strata regarding rectification.
