Our plumber attended a Leumeah property in August 2026 where a tap was leaking, causing water to pool in the front yard. The water supply was isolated, and a damaged section of 3/4" water service supplying the hose tap, which had been struck by a lawnmower, was cut out. The damaged tee fitting was removed and replaced with straight copper pipework to reinstate the water service. Connections were secured, the water supply was restored, and the repaired section was tested for leaks and correct operation. We completed the work.
In May 2026, our plumber attended a kitchen blockage in Raby. We provided a quote for the work. The plumber returned to the site, cut a section of concrete pathway, and removed it. We cut the existing 100mm sewer service and installed a 100mm PVC gully. A 50mm core hole was drilled through the kitchen cabinetry to the external wall to discharge into the gully. We installed a 100x50mm square to pick up the kitchen line and a 100mm slope downstream. The trench was backfilled with bluemetal, and the exposed section was re-concreted, ensuring the gully top was 75mm above.
In May 2026, our plumber attended an Ingleburn property where a downpipe was broken or cracked and not draining properly, with the diversion not draining to the road. We cut out and removed concrete, exposed and removed existing PVC, and supplied and installed a new junction to the 90mm main line with plumbquicks. We then backfilled and re-concreted in a pebble finish.

In January 2025, our plumber attended a blocked and overflowing toilet in Eagle Vale. We carefully removed the shower screen, laid builder's film, and removed the first row of wall tiles and floor tiles in the shower area. We then jackhammered the floor and cut and removed the defective sewer. The area was then re-waterproofed and tiled.
