We cut the existing 100mm sewer service and installed a 100mm PVC gully. A 50mm core hole was drilled through the kitchen cabinetry to the external wall to discharge into the gully. We installed a 100x50mm square to pick up the kitchen line and a 100mm slope downstream. The trench was backfilled with bluemetal, and the exposed section was re-concreted, ensuring the gully top was 75mm above.
In January 2025, our plumber attended a blocked and overflowing toilet in Eagle Vale. We carefully removed the shower screen, laid builder's film, and removed the first row of wall tiles and floor tiles in the shower area. We then jackhammered the floor and cut and removed the defective sewer. The area was then re-waterproofed and tiled.

A Denham Court customer reported problems with their continuous flow gas hot water system, which was taking a while to heat up when a tap was turned on. Our plumber supplied and installed a Rinnai B26 hot water system. We then tested and commissioned the new system.
